India's Deep Industries rises on JV agreement with Euro Gas Systems

** Shares of Deep Industries DEEI.NS up as much as 5.3% to
213.7 rupees
** Stock on track for a third consecutive session of gains,
if trend holds
** The energy solutions provider said on Thursday it entered
into a joint venture agreement with Euro Gas Systems S.R.L for
supplying oilfield equipment
** Euro Gas Systems has acquired a 26% equity stake in co's
unit Deep Onshore Drilling Services
** More than 380,000 Deep Industries' shares change hands,
1.5x the 30-day moving avg
