Jan 15 (Reuters) - Theme International Holdings Ltd  0990.HK : 
 * Says the company entered into a subscription agreement with the subscriber 
 * Says net proceeds from the subscription will be approximately hk$122.48 million 
 * Agreement for total of 877mln subscription shares at price of hk$0.14 per share 
 * Net proceeds from the subscription are intended to be used for further development of the trading business of the group 
 * As at date of this announcement, group has further entered into 2 sales contract with one of largest iron ore trader in prc 
 * Says total sales amount of the contracts is approximately US$15.76 million
