** Shares of fresh fruit and vegetables marketer Fresh Del Monte Produce FDP.N up about 5% at $42.28

** Q4 net sales rose 0.6% to $1.02 billion on higher prices and sales of banana and other product segment

** Reports Q4 adjusted EPS of 70 cents vs 35 cents in last year

** Annual net sales grew ~1% to $4.32 billion, also driven by higher banana selling prices, tariff‑related price adjustments in North America, favorable exchange rates

** FDP rose 7% in 2025
