** Shares of Delta Corp  DELT.NS  up as much as 5% at 145.80
rupees 
    ** High Court of Calcutta granted interim relief to Delta
Corp's unit - Deltatech Gaming in relation to a GST notice for
tax arrears 
    ** DELT got notice to pay tax arrears worth 63.84 bln rupees
($765.8 mln) in October and 111.40 bln rupees in September
    ** ~9.1 mln shares change hands, 1.4x the 30-day moving
average
    ** Stock last up 2%; down ~33% YTD
