India's Delta Corp up on block deals

** Shares of casino operator Delta Corp  DELT.NS  up as much
as 4.28% to 135.35 rupees
    ** Around 872,000 shares traded in two block deals in range
of 132.45 rupees to 134.85 rupees each, LSEG data shows
    ** Overall, 13.8 mln shares changed hands, 1.4x 30-day avg
    ** Last week, stock hit near 3-year low on second tax blow
in two months
    ** Stock is down 46.5% since mid-July when India imposed new
tax rules; Stock has lost ~38% YTD
