** Shares of Delta Lithium  DLI.AX  rise as much as 9.3% to
A$0.295, posting their biggest intraday percentage gain since
Feb. 28
    ** Stock hits its highest level since April 12
    ** Lithium explorer posts positive drilling results from its
Yinnetharra project in Western Australia
    ** Says results show coarse, clean spodumene with visible
pegmatite
    ** About 1.1 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of about 835,000
    ** Stock down 42.6% YTD, as of last close
