Australia's Delta Lithium up on bringing in Mineral Resources' lithium head

** Shares of Delta Lithium  DLI.AX  up 5.8% at A$0.735, on
track for day since Aug 16, if gains hold
    ** Mineral explorer says it has appointed Chris Ellison as
as Non-Executive Chairman and Josh Thurlow as non-Executive
director
    ** Ellison is the Managing Director of Mineral Resources
 MIN.AX , while Thurlow is the current Chief Executive – Lithium
of MIN, where MIN holds 17.4% stake in delta
    ** With day's gains, stock up 54.7% so far this year
