5.6% to A$0.47
    ** Co says it entered into a deal with Anova Metals Ltd
 AWV.AX  for the divestment of Warriedar Gold Project in Western

    ** Deal for an upfront acquisition price of A$1.2 mln 
($843,120.00)
    ** More than 660,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of about 395,000 shares
    ** Stock has fallen by a third this year, as of last close
