** Shares of Australia's Red Dirt Metals Ltd  RDT.AX  rise
as much as 6.6% to A$0.730 - highest since April 5
    ** Co announce acquisition of Lithium explorer Electrostate

    ** Electrostate Ltd is the 100% holder of the Yinnetharra
Lithium Project in the central Gascoyne region of Western
Australia 
    ** Says initial purchase consideration for A$15 mln ($10.25
million) in RDT shares

30-day average volume of 850,000 shares
    ** Stock on track for its fifth straight session of gains
    ** Shares are up 3% YTD as of last close
