June 18 (Reuters) - KOATSU GAS KOGYO Co Ltd  4097.T  :
      
    * Says it plans to set up a joint venture in Fukuoka in
July, with
Denka Co Ltd  4061.T  and a Fukuoka-based high pressure gas firm
    * New JV will be mainly engaged in manufacturing and sale
business
of dissolved acetylene
    * New JV will be capitalized at 30 million yen, and the
company
and Denka will hold a 40 percent stake and a 10 percent stake in
