 * Announcement:(1) spa in relation to sale of shares by the controlling 
shareholder and (2) resumption of trading  0755.HK  
 * Controlling shareholder, riswein and cyts entered binding spa on 25 January 
2016 before trading hours 
 * Has applied to stock exchange for resumption of trading in shares on stock 
exchange with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 27 January 
 * Total consideration for all the sale shares is hk$1.16 billion
