Publication of 2025 Annual Report and Accounts

 

Devolver Digital, an award-winning digital publisher and developer of
independent ("indie") video games, announces that its Annual Report and Final
Accounts for the twelve months ended 31 December 2025 (the "Annual Report and
Accounts") have been published.

 

The Annual Report and Accounts are available on, and can be downloaded from,
Devolver Digital's investor website at investors.devolverdigital.com, and will
be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive physical copies in due
course.
