2024 FINAL DIVIDEND

We wish to advise the following sterling equivalent of the 2024 final dividend
of the above Company.  The dividend will be paid on 14 May 2025, subject to
approval at the Annual General Meeting.

2024 final dividend per share: US cents 7.00

GBP equivalent: 5.2204 pence
