DFI Retail Group Holdings Ltd, formerly Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited, is a company primarily engaged in retail business. The Company operates its business through five segments. Food segment is mainly involved in the operation of supermarkets, hypermarkets and convenience stores through brands under the names of Wellcome, Yonghui, Cold Storage, Market Place, Hero, Jasons, 7-Eleven, among others. Health and Beauty segment principally operates health and beauty stores under the brand names of Wanning, Guardian, Rose Pharmacy and Live Well, among others. Home Furnishings segment is mainly engaged in household products business through its homeware brand IKEA. Restaurants segment is mainly involved in chain catering business through operating restaurants, bakery shops, coffee shops and others. Other Retailing segment mainly operates department stores and Do-It-Yourself (DIY) stores.
