2025 INTERIM DIVIDEND AND SPECIAL DIVIDEND

We wish to advise the following sterling equivalent of the 2025 interim
dividend and special dividend of the above Company.  The dividends will be
paid on 15 October 2025.

2025 interim dividend and special dividend per share: US cents 47.80

GBP equivalent: 35.4481 pence
