Nov 20 (Reuters) - DGA SA  DGA.WA : 
    * Together with Life Fund Sp. z o.o. sells 100 pct of 
Audiobook.pl Sp. z o.o. for 360,000 zlotys ($90,734) to Heraclon 
International Sp. z o.o. 
    * DGA owned 61.5 percent stake in Audiobook.pl Sp. z o.o. 
and the remuneration for DGA is 221,538 zlotys
