Aussie Armour Energy up on setting up new Ugandan oil exploration co

** Shares of exploration co Armour Energy  AJQ.AX  rise as
much as 17.4% to A$0.135, set for best day since Aug. 23, if
gains hold
    ** Armour and DGR Global  DGR.AX  establish a new
UK-incorporated company Conjugate Energy Ltd, which will hold
interests in oil exploration projects in Uganda
    ** Conjugate intends to seek admission to a UK stock
exchange and raise funds primarily to drill 2 exploration wells
    ** As of last close, stock down 54% this year
