    ** Stock on track to fall for third consecutive session, if
losses hold
    ** Nearly 900,000 shares change hands in a block deal on
Thursday, after market close
    ** Stock trading below its 50-, 100-, and 200-day simple
moving averages
    ** Relative strength index (RSI) of stock below the lower
limit of 30, indicating it is oversold
    ** About 522,000 shares change hands by 12:15 p.m. IST vs
30-day avg of 1.7 million shares
    ** Stock down 31.2% so far this year, as of last close
