DHI Group jumps on additional $12 mln share buyback

** Employment services provider's shares  DHX.N  up ~19% at
$3.3 before the bell
    ** Co authorizes a stock buyback program permitting the
additional purchase of up to $12 mln of its common stock

    ** This increases the overall share buyback program to $20
mln
    ** DHX has purchased about $1.3 mln of its stock to date
under an $8 mln buyback program announced in February
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, stock had risen ~26% YTD
