Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), a global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, announces it has been notified of the following dealings by a person discharging managerial responsibilities.

 

Neil Johnson, chair of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), each at a price of 128.00 pence.  Following this purchase, Neil is interested in a total of 97,393 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.243% of the Company's issued share capital and has met the shareholding requirement (i.e. the holding of not less than £150,000 worth of Dialight shares, calculated as at the relevant purchase date) to qualify as a participant in the Company's 2024 Value Creation Plan.
