Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), a global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, announces it has been notified of the following dealings by a person discharging managerial responsibilities.

 

Mark Fryer, CFO of the Company, purchased 13,751 ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), each at a price of 145.434 pence.  Following this purchase, Mark is interested in a total of 13,751 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
