Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), a global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, announces it has been notified of the following dealings by a person discharging managerial responsibilities.

 

Mark Fryer, CFO of the Company, purchased 5,110 ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 292 pence each and then a further 1,725 shares at a price of 288.1 pence each.  Following these purchases, Mark is interested in a total of 20,586 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
