 of Sales: the exercise of 10,530 conditional share awards vesting on 5 April
 2022 under the Dialight plc 2014 Performance Share Plan and the subsequent
 sale by Tim Cillessen on 13 April 2022 of 3,367 shares (to cover tax
 liabilities due) and retention of the balance of shares.
