   (the "Company")

   Director / PDMR Shareholding

   The Company has been notified of the following dealings by Fariyal Khanbabi,
   Group Chief Executive, Clive Jennings, Chief Finance Officer and Richard
   Allan, General Counsel and Company Secretary:

   ·      Purchase of 4,513 Dialight plc ordinary shares by Fariyal
   Khanbabi;

   ·      Purchase of 4,556 Dialight plc ordinary shares by Clive Jennings;
   and

   ·      Purchase of 3,162 Dialight plc ordinary shares by Richard Allan.
