 The Company has been notified of the following dealings by Rizwan Ahmad, VP of
 Technology and Engineering, Matt Boudiette, VP and General Manager and Tim
 Cillessen, VP of Sales.

 ·      Rizwan Ahmad - the exercise of 18,105 conditional share awards,
 and subsequent sale on 14 April 2023 of 7,034 shares (to cover tax and social
 security liabilities due) and the retention of the balance of 11,071 Dialight
 plc shares

 ·      Matt Boudiette - the exercise of 18,105 conditional share awards,
 and subsequent sale on 14 April 2023 of 8,489 shares (to cover tax and social
 security liabilities due) and the retention of the balance of 9,616 Dialight
 plc shares

 ·      Tim Cillessen - the exercise of 18,105 conditional share awards
 and subsequent sale on 14 April 2023 of 7,216 Dialight plc shares (to cover
 tax and social security liabilities due) and the retention of the balance of
