PDMR Shareholding

 

Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), the global leader in sustainable LED lighting for
industrial applications, announces it has been notified of the following
dealings by a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"):

 

Richard Allan, General Counsel and Company Secretary exercised 18,105 nil-cost
share option awards over ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares").  On 7 June 2023 Richard Allan sold 18,105 Ordinary
Shares, each at a price of 233.69 pence, and subsequently purchased 13,868
shares via his SIPP account, each at a price of 235.12 pence.

 

Following the above transaction, Richard Allan is interested in a total of
50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15% of the Company's issued share
capital.
