Director change

 

Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), the global leader in sustainable LED lighting for
industrial applications, announces that David Blood will be stepping down as
non-independent Non-Executive Director ('NED') of the Company on 30(th) March
2023, after nearly 8 years' service on the Dialight Board. Accordingly, David
will not be standing for re-election at the Company's upcoming Annual General
Meeting scheduled for 16(th) May 2023.  David joined Dialight in July 2015,
and subsequently was appointed as Chair on 5(th) August 2019. David resigned
as Chair on 10(th) September 2021 but remained on the Board in the role of
non-independent NED. His decision ensures we will maintain a balance of
independent directors, following the announcement that Neil Johnson will
become Chair on 17(th) May 2023.

capacity as Non-Executive Director and during his tenure as Chair. We extend

Other Disclosures

In accordance with s.430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, it is confirmed no
payments will be made to David Blood in connection with his stepping down from
the Board, other than his usual non-executive fees paid pro-rata through to
his end date.

 

There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of Listing Rule
9.6.11.
