** DIAL remains cautious on FY26 sales outlook due to continuing tariff uncertainty

** Says sales marginally down YoY in five months ended Aug 31 on tariff uncertainty, softer macro climate

** Confirms products from Ensenada facility currently tariff-free for almost all H1

** Including session's gain, stock up nearly 96% YTD
