placement to DIAMOND ELECTRIC MFG.CO.,LTD., a wholly owned unit
of Diamond Electric Holdings Co Ltd  6699.T , to raise 3 billion
yen in total
    * Says DIAMOND ELECTRIC MFG.CO.,LTD. will hold 66.9 percent
voting
