AIM Rule 17 Disclosure

 

Dianomi, a leading provider of native digital advertising services to premium
clients in the Business, Finance and Lifestyle sectors, announces the
following disclosure in relation to Matthew Singh, Non-executive Director of
the Company, pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for
Companies.

 

F (Realisations) 2023 Limited, a private company, entered administration in
May 2023. Matthew Singh was a non-executive director of the business from 5
September 2018 to 15 May 2023.
