Holdings in Company - Correction

 

Dianomi, a leading provider of native digital advertising services to premium
clients in the Business, Finance and Lifestyle sectors, announces that it has
been notified by Scobie Dickinson Ward, that the notification of major
holdings submitted to the Company and announced on 8 March 2024 had the
incorrect date on which the threshold of 5% was crossed. This should have been
29 September 2023 instead of 6 March 2024. An amended TR-1 is included below.
