Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Dianomi, a leading provider of native digital advertising services to premium
clients in the Financial Services, Business and Lifestyle sectors, announces
that it has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31
December 2022 together with its notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to
those shareholders who have requested physical copies.

The AGM will be held at the Company's offices at Thomas House, 84 Eccleston
Square, London SW1V 1PX on Wednesday 31(st) May 2023 at 2p.m.
