Result of Annual General Meeting

 

Dianomi, a leading provider of native digital advertising services to premium
clients in the Financial Services, Business and Lifestyle sectors, announces
that at the Company's General Meeting ("AGM") held today at 6th Floor, 60
Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0HR at 1p.m., all resolutions were duly
passed. Further details of each of the resolutions are set out in the Notice
of Meeting, which was sent to shareholders on 9 May 2022.

The votes received from shareholders on each resolution, via proxy and
shareholders present at the meeting, are set out below:
