Australia's Diatreme Resources jumps on silica project status

** Shares of Diatreme Resources  DRX.AX  rise as much as
4.55% to A$0.023, marking their biggest intraday pct gain since
July 20
    ** Australian mining company says its Northern Silica
Project (NSP) in Far North Queensland has been designated as a
"Project of Regional Significance" by the Queensland government
    ** Status is given to a local project that can have
significant impact on the region and its people
    ** The designation allows DRX to use water for its project
from the reserve held for Cape York's Water Plan
    ** DRX down 18.52% YTD, as of last close
