 * Says entrusted loan agreement was entered into 
 * The aggregate amount of the entrusted loan and the previous entrusted loan is RMB75 million 
 * Pursuant to entrusted loan agreement, Differ VC entrusted lending bank with RMB60 million for purpose of lending the same to customer 
 * Entrusted loan and the previous entrusted loan were funded by the group's internal resources
