* Said on Thursday majority shareholder of ConValue AG, CV
Real Invest GmbH, whose managing owner is also the manager of
ConValue AG, has sold all its shares in ConValue AG to Diok
Capital GmbH, Cologne
* Previous manager, Marco Meyer, has resigned after the
purchase contract was signed
* At the same time, the supervisory board appointed Daniel
L. Grosch as the company's sole management board member with
immediate effect
