AIM Rule 17 Disclosure

 

Distil, owner of premium drinks brands including RedLeg Spiced Rum,
Blackwoods Gin and Vodka, and Blavod Black Vodka, provides the following
update pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) (v) of the AIM Rules.

 

Shaun Claydon, Non-Executive Director of the Company, was previously a
director of Destiny Pharma Limited ("Destiny") (formerly known as Destiny
Pharma plc) until 30 September 2024. Destiny appointed an administrator on 21
August 2024 and was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 1 August
2025.
