("DF Capital" or the "Company" together with its subsidiaries the "Group")

 

Board Change

 

As previously announced, Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plc, a
specialist bank providing working capital solutions to dealers and
manufacturers across the UK, today confirms the retirement of Thomas Gratwohl,
Independent Non-Executive Director, from the Board with effect from 30 April
2026.  Thomas will, therefore, not be seeking re-election at the Company's
forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

 

The Board would like to thank Tom for his valuable contribution to the Company
and wishes him well for the future.
