    ** Gold miner buys 51% interest in Mt Palmer Gold Mine in
Western Australia from Aurumin  AUN.AX  
    ** Says acquisition adds multiple gold prospects to co's
Marvel Loch Project
    ** About 6.4 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of around 856,000
    ** Stock down 33.3% YTD as of last close
