Adds Granicus, Hub International Limited

March 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2100 GMT on Thursday:

** The private equity owners of Granicus are preparing to explore a sale of the government-services software maker that could value it at about $4 billion, including debt, according to people familiar with the matter. nL2N3PP02K

** Chicago-based Hub International Limited has acquired personal and commercial insurance broker Drayton Valley Insurance Agency, headquartered in Alberta, Canada. nL6N3PP0Q2

** French advertiser Publicis  said it has reached an agreement to acquire data and ID technology group Lotame, which it plans to wrap into its targeted marketing unit Epsilon, its main business driver. nL2N3PP0I6

** Norway's government said it will sell its 15% stake in Eksportfinans to Norwegian bank DNB . nL5N3PP0CV

** Semiconductor solutions provider Allegro MicroSystems  rebuffed a $6.9 billion takeover approach from Onsemi , saying the offer was "inadequate" as it refused yet another approach from the larger rival. nL3N3PP09G
