March 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Thursday:

** French advertiser Publicis  said it has reached an agreement to acquire data and ID technology group Lotame, which it plans to wrap into its targeted marketing unit Epsilon, its main business driver.

** Norway's government said it will sell its 15% stake in Eksportfinans to Norwegian bank DNB .

** Semiconductor solutions provider Allegro MicroSystems  rebuffed a $6.9 billion takeover approach from Onsemi , saying the offer was "inadequate" as it refused yet another approach from the larger rival.
