    ** Shares of DOMS Industries DOMS.NS fall as much as 4.9% to 2,200 rupees
    ** Over 4.3 million shares in DOMS traded in two block deals on the NSE at 4.6% and 4.7% discount to prev close, LSEG-compiled data showed
    ** Italian stationary maker FILA FILA.MI launched on Tuesday the placement of up to 4.25 million shares in DOMS through an accelerated bookbuilding
    ** Trading vols over 51x the 30-day average, highest since March 12, 2026
    ** YTD, DOMS stock down ~14%
