Cancellation of listing and trading in DP Eurasia Shares

Further to the announcements made by DP Eurasia and Jubilant Foodworks
Netherlands B.V. ("Jubilant Foodworks") on 30 January 2024 in respect of the
commencement of the 20 business day notice period for the cancellation of the
listing and admission to trading of DP Eurasia Shares, DP Eurasia announces
that the listing of the DP Eurasia Shares to the premium listing segment of
the Financial Conduct Authority's Official List (the "Official List") and the
admission of the DP Eurasia Shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange
plc's main market for listed securities (the "Main Market") were cancelled
with effect from 8 a.m. this morning.

Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used but not defined in this
announcement shall have the meanings set out in the Increased Offer Document
available, subject to certain restrictions relating to persons resident in
