As announced on 4 July 2022, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. ("Jubilant"),
a PCA of the following PDMRs:

 

1.            Shyam S. Bhartia

2.            Hari S. Bhartia

 

has acquired 546,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from a
market purchase on 1 July 2022 aggregating to 64,005,381 ordinary shares in
total (which is equal to 44,03% of the Company's outstanding issued share
capital).
