As announced on 1 December 2023, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V.
("Jubilant"), a PCA of the following PDMRs:

 

1.            Shyam S. Bhartia

2.            Hari S. Bhartia

 

has acquired 3,580,780 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from
market purchases on 30 November 2023 and 1 December 2023 aggregating to
80,147,304 ordinary shares in total (which is equal to 54,67% of the Company's
outstanding issued share capital).
