As announced on 26 January 2024, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V.
("Jubilant"), a PCA of the following PDMRs:

has acquired 59,355 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from
market purchases on 24 January 2024 aggregating to 85,142,066 Ordinary Shares
in total (which is equal to 58,08% of the Company's outstanding issued share
capital).
