    * Says its unit Dream Vision Co Ltd  3185.T  will acquire
100
percent voting power in Sumisho Brand Management Corporation, an
unit of SUMITOMO CORPORATION  8053.T , for 505 million yen, in
late October 
    * Says Sumisho Brand Management will transfer a part of
business
to other company before the shares transfer, effective late
