Driver Group PLC (AIM: DRV), the global professional services consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2019 and Notice of its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') are today being posted to shareholders.
 
The AGM will be held at 2:30pm on 27 February 2020, at the Company's offices, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU.
