Grant of options under the Company's Performance Share Plan ("PSP")

 

DSW Capital (AIM: DSW), a profitable, mid-market, challenger professional services licence network and owner of the Dow Schofield Watts and the DR Solicitors brands, announces that on 5 August 2025, the Group granted nominal cost options (the "Options") over a total of 738,596 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") to certain Executive Directors of the Company, pursuant to the Company's PSP.
