Grant of options under the Company's Performance Share Plan ("PSP")
DSW Capital (AIM: DSW), a profitable, mid-market, challenger professional
services licence network and owner of the Dow Schofield Watts and the DR
Solicitors brands, announces that on 5 August 2025, the Group granted nominal
cost options (the "Options") over a total of 738,596 ordinary shares of 0.25
pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") to certain Executive Directors of
the Company, pursuant to the Company's PSP.
The Options have been granted as follows:
